Q: How much notice do I need to give you?.
A: We will endeavour to cover all work, even at extremely short notice, but we would generally like somewhere in the region of 4 - 6 hours notice of an arrival at Glasgow Airport.
Q: I have quite a lot of luggage, would anyone be able to assist with moving my luggage?
A: Of course, our Drivers will be very happy to assist with the portering of any luggage.
Q: What if my flight is delayed, will my driver still be at the airport to pick me up?
A: Yes, In cases where the delay is short in duration, say in the region of two hours, we will know this as we will be monitoring the Glasgow Airport arrivals information, where the delay is longer in duration, with no visibility as to when your flight will arrive, we will reserve the right to stand down from the job as we have other commitments, and vehicles are required elsewhere, in this case we would only attempt another pick up at the Airport after you have contacted us.
Q: I or a member of my party is a wheelchair user, do you have any vehicles which can accommodate a wheelchair?
A: Yes, we have vehicles which can easily accomodate a wheelchair user.
Q: I will be travelling with my young baby or child, can you supply a baby or booster seat for the journey?
A: Yes, just let us know when you book, and we can make sure there is suitable baby seat in the vehicle.
Q: I am arriving at Glasgow Airport as part of a large group (20 + people ), can you cater for this size of party?
A: Yes, just let us know how many are arriving when you book, so we know how many, and what type of vehicles we need.
Q: Can I pay for my journey by debit/credit card?
A: Yes, we can accept paymens by card either in the car or over the phone.
